RETURN POLICY
We strongly suggest you have your toys shipped with insurance, so if damage or loss of an item occurs during shipping there will be no problems. It is important that you always keep the original packaging if we are going to apply for insurance due to damage. If you feel an item received is not as described, we will gladly replace it free of charge as long as we have another in stock, otherwise we will gladly credit you for that item towards another purchase. You will have 7 days from receipt of item to return it. Most orders will be handled via email. Be sure to always contact us immediately if there is any concern with your purchase. Returns must be authorized before shipping back to us.

SHIPPING POLICY
You can find the shipping rate under shipping section. Our preferred carrier is Canada Post. We can also ship by other carriers such as FedEx and UPS. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes so please do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Customers outside Canada should know that you are responsible for any customs or import fees, if any. We can not calculate those for you, you must check locally.
